About The Bluth Company

Three generations. One vision. Zero convictions.

Our Story

Founded in 1982 by George Bluth Sr., The Bluth Company began with a simple dream: build quality homes for Orange County families. From our humble beginnings — a frozen banana stand on Balboa Island — we’ve grown into one of the region’s most talked-about real estate developers.

Today, under the steady leadership of President Michael Bluth, we continue to build on our founder’s legacy while charting an exciting new course for the future. The Bluth Company remains, as it has always been, a family affair.

“Family first. Always. Whether they want to be or not.”
